Set on a translucent Iced sole, our latest collaboration with A-COLD-WALL* is one of our most experimental yet. Inspired by inner-city, brutalist aesthetic, we’ve constructed a shoe that nods to both brands' alternative heritage. Made from a tough Smooth leather upper, contrast upper stitching and ACW* branding on the quarters. Finished with brushed metal rivets, dual-branded footbed, a hidden lacing system and a black Smooth leather heel loop. ​

  • Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility​
  • Hardwearing and famously tough, our Smooth leather can be polished to shine or scuffed-up. It’s up to you. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Shoe Polish​
  • Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch

    100% Leather

    Inner:
    60% Leather 40% Textile

    Sole:
    100% PVC

Material

Smooth - durable and famously stiff to start, this leather can be polished to a dapper shine or artfully scuffed-up depending on your preference.

Care Instructions

Wipe away dirt using a damp cloth. Apply a neutral or correct colored wax based shoe polish. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired.

Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
