1461 Bex Made In England Tufted Suede Shoes
British tannery C. F. Stead is renowned worldwide for its premium leather and is a staple on our Northamptonshire production line. For this new edition of our 1461 3-eye shoe, we’ve used the tannery’s Tufted Nubuck: a soft, fine-grain leather made using the reverse side of nubuck. Tufted Nubuck is versatile, hardwearing and easy to wear, with a distinctively textured appearance. Expertly handcrafted in our Northamptonshire factory, the shoe stands on our rugged Bex sole, is detailed with antique gold eyelets, and is marked with our signature yellow welt stitching.

- Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility
- Tufted Nubuck is a reversed suede with a long-haired nap. Clean by brushing with a Dr. Martens Suede Brush to raise the nap and spray with Dr. Martens Ultra Protector
- Elevated edge you can wear every day. The Bex sole has exaggerated deep cleating and adds a little extra height. Designed to test your limits.
