For Dr. Martens Pride is more than a single moment in the year and actions speak louder than words. That’s why in last year we donated over £200k to charities and causes across the globe to support the LGBTQIA+ community. This season we pay tribute to self-expression with a new Pride 1460 boot inspired by the iconic rainbow flag. Built from a two-tone layer of black and multi-coloured Rub-Off leather. Designed to take off the top layer revealing the colours of the rainbow flag underneath. Set on a classic DMS sole. Finished with a scripted heel-loop alongside our standout yellow welt stitching. Show your Pride. Your way.

  • Rainbow Rub-Off is a high-shine leather with a base rainbow dye and contrasting black topcoat, which rubs off over time to reveal the underlying colours. Care with Dr. Martens Shoe Polish in neutral or colour as appropriate​

Care Instructions

Clean Away dirt using a damp cloth, allow to dry apply a Dr.Martens natural polish as appropriate to restore shine as desired. Do not use any leather cleaners on this leather they could damage the 2 tone effect.

Construction

This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
