A FUSION OF BRITISH AND AMERICAN COUNTERCULTURE
Our first collaboration with classic American apparel brand Schott NYC has landed — celebrating the two brands' shared heritage. Both the DM's boot and Schott NYC Perfecto® jacket were designed to be utilitarian pieces, but were adopted by rebellious figures over the course of the 20th century. This new collaboration riffs on the parallels and fuses the unmistakable details of these two iconic designs.

The collaboration takes cues from Schott NYC's iconic Perfecto®, the original leather biker jacket made famous by nonconformists in the second half of the 20th century. Built from our signature Smooth leather, the two boots are enhanced with metal hardware stars, snaps, rivets and zipper pulls — all trims on the original Perfecto® jacket — as well as core Docs markings: a grooved smoke sole, yellow welt stitching and an AirWair heel loop.
