DR. MARTENS X MEDICOM TOY RAFFLE

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

a. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By participating in the Dr. Martens x Medicom competition (the “Raffle”), you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle.

 

b. Airwair International Ltd (registered company no. 03009359) whose registered office is at Cobbs Lane, Wollaston, Northamptonshire NN29 7SW (“the Promoter”) is the organiser of the Raffle.

 

c. Entrants must follow all the instructions to be eligible to enter and win the Raffle. To be eligible entrants must enter their details into the electronic form in the participating Dr. Martens store listed below in order to be selected to purchase a pair of 1460 BRBK boots. Once an entry has been submitted, the Promoter is unable to cancel or amend the entry (including the chosen size).

d. The Raffle closes on Sunday 25 October 2020 at 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST (subject to store opening times). Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
 

e. The 5 winners will be contacted in accordance with the articles outlined below no later than 22:59 BST / 23:59 CEST on Monday 26 October 2020.
 

f. Prize is the opportunity to purchase 1 pair of 1460 BRBK boots per winner. Prize is subject to availability. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Product is not for resale. Prize is also non-refundable. Winners will be unable to try the product on in store, nor exchange for a different size or style. Usual in-store returns policy does not apply.
 

g. The Raffle is open to residents of UK, France and Germany aged 18+.
 

h. The winners will be selected at random from the pool of entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final. 

i. The winners will need to pay for £169 and pick up the prize in the store listed below on either Saturday 31 October, Sunday 1 November or Monday 2 November 2020 during normal store opening times and before the store closes.

j. The winners will be contacted via email. The winning confirmation email and a valid ID must be presented at the time of payment. Failure to produce these will result in the order being cancelled. Only the winning entrant can collect the boots. If the winning entrant fails to pay for and pick up their 1460 BRBK boots by Monday 2 November 2020, that entrant is no longer eligible to collect the prize. Another winner may be selected from the pool of entrants at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect or misspelt email contact information submitted by an entrant. No liability is accepted for entries that cannot be counted for any technical reason.
 

k. Employees or agents of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the company or the events themselves may not enter the Raffle
 

l. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Raffle with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding. The Raffle will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
 

m. The Promoter is not responsible if the Raffle cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).  
 

n. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

o. Behaviour which is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle, or which is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, may result in disqualification from the Raffle, and the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person engaging in such behaviour to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Raffle any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle without any liability if any fraud, virus or other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or proper play of the Raffle, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, and withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Raffle), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
