This version of the 3989 shoe is built using oiled Crazy Horse leather, which will develop a unique character over time. The brogue stands on our BEN sole — marked with DM’s grooving and cleats and secured with our yellow welt stitching.

- Crazy Horse is an oiled leather designed to mark with time — scuffing and folding uniquely to every wearer. The full-grain leather is treated with wax layers that cause natural variations in colour and make it easier to soften and break in with Wonder Balsam or Dubbin.
- Developed in the 80s. The BEN sole has deeper cleats and a rugged undersole tread pattern.
- Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed and reinforced with our signature welt stitch
