You may return your unworn purchase made on drmartens.com up to 30 days from your order date for a refund.
All returns must be processed through our returns portal and must be in their original, unworn condition, with the shoebox intact and tags attached. We recommend returning your product in the container in which it was shipped to you.
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges made from third-party vendors or wholesalers, and online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Dr. Martens Retail Stores at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Once we receive and process your return, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.* We aim to process returns within 3 business days after we receive your package. During periods of increased returns (January - March), processing may take up to 5 - 7 business days.
Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded upon return. If you didn't receive your package within the timeframe provided at checkout, please contact customer service.
As we're unable to offer direct exchanges, please place a new order and use the returns portal to return your unwanted product if you would like a different size or style. If you used a promotional code for your purchase, please contact our customer service team for a replacement code to reorder using the same discount.
*By using our return label, you agree that $7 will be deducted from your refund. This label will only facilitate a return within the United States. If your package is now outside of the United States, we are unable to provide a return label. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it can take approximately 2-3 weeks to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. When the return is processed, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to see your credit post in the original form of payment.
If you have not received all items in your order, please contact customer service immediately and do not dispose of any of your packaging as we may be unable to assist you further.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and your refund amount. Our partner Borderfree processes all refund amounts for returned items. The credit will be in the same currency, with the same exchange rate, as your original order.
