"Creating art brings me happiness, calmness, and intense focus. I'm lucky what I love has become what I do for a living. I am also grateful for the unwavering support of my family."

WHERE DO YOU DRAW INSPIRATION FROM?

"I draw inspiration from nature, the cosmos, and fashion. Being immersed in nature makes me feel safe and calm, fuels my curiosity, and sparks my creative ideas."

"At 14, I got the bright yellow Docs - my go-to shoes that year. They were comfortable and durable, accompanying me on my first visit to the US for my middle school's winter camp."

"At 14, I got the bright yellow Docs - my go-to shoes that year. They were comfortable and durable, accompanying me on my first visit to the US for my middle school's winter camp."

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE DESIGN FOR DIY DOCS?

"It is inspired by ladders from my surreal dreams, symbolizing the desire to escape endless stairs and find closure. My dog is drawn on the back of the Doc, which represents the real world. He will be waiting for me at the end of the ladder."




HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR ARTISTIC STYLE?

"My style combines line work and flat colors with influences from Chinese landscape paintings and École de Paris. It's evolving, and I've been experimenting textures lately."
