Temporarily Extended Returns Policy Due to COVID-19
Due to the current situation we are extending our online and in-store return policy.
- All purchases made in-store on or after February 17th, 2020 can be returned in-store with a receipt, up to 30 days after our stores reopen.
- All online purchases made online on or after February 17th, 2020 can be returned up to 60 days instead of our current 30-day return policy.
You can return any unused items up to 60 days from your order date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with the shoebox intact and tags attached. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order and we’ll refund your account once we receive your return.
For tracking purposes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Dr. Martens Retail Stores are unable to accept returns and exchanges for online purchases at this time. The Dr. Martens Online Store www.drmartens.com is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges from retail stores.
- Print your label and drop your package off at the nearest UPS location.
**By downloading and using our return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund.
APO, FPO and PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS:
Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it can take approximately 5-7 business days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. When the return is processed, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to see your credit post in the original form of payment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-810-6673 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and your refund amount. Our partner Borderfree processes all refund amounts for returned items. The credit will be in the same currency, with the same exchange rate, as your original order.
