30 DAY EASY RETURNS

Try on your Docs and make sure they fit, that they’re the correct size, and/or style. If not, you can return them up to 30 days from your order date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with the shoebox intact and tags attached. By downloading and using our return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund. For tracking purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order and we’ll process a refund once we receive your return. Dr. Martens retail stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

US CUSTOMERS:

  • Drop your package off at the nearest UPS location.

APO, FPO and PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS:

Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it can take approximately 5-7 business days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. When the return is processed, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to see your credit post in the original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@drmartens.com or 1-800-810-6673 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and your refund amount. Our partner Borderfree processes all refund amounts for returned items. The credit will be in the same currency, with the same exchange rate, as your original order.
