Extended Holiday Returns Policy: Orders made between 10/12/21 and 12/25/21 will be accepted through 1/31/22.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with the shoebox intact and tags attached.
For tracking purposes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Dr. Martens Retail Stores are unable to accept returns and exchanges for online purchases at this time. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at Dr. Martens retail stores at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it can take approximately 2-3 weeks to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. When the return is processed, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to see your credit post in the original form of payment.
If you have not received all items listed on this packing slip, please contact customer service immediately and do not dispose of any of your packaging as we may be unable to assist you further.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and your refund amount. Our partner Borderfree processes all refund amounts for returned items. The credit will be in the same currency, with the same exchange rate, as your original order.
