All delivery services are fully trackable. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or DPD. Express orders are shipped via UPS only.

We’ll keep you up to date on the progress of your delivery will regular notifications direct to your mobile device and via email.

If you order more than one product, split deliveries can occur, which may lead to different delivery times. In that case, you will be notified during the checkout.

Important Delivery Information

  • We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Malta, Croatia, Cyprus, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • If you order more than one product, split deliveries can occur, which may lead to different delivery times. In that case, you will be notified during the checkout.
  • Our warehouses are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Dr. Martens are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

How does Standard delivery work?

Standard delivery is free, if your order is 50 € or more. Please check for delivery costs for orders under 50 € here The delivery time will be displayed during checkout. Shipping times vary, and can take from 3 up to 7 days. Please check at the cart page for specific timings for your delivery country. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your products are packed and ready to be dispatched. Please note, during Sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

If you are not available, then our courier should leave a calling card, where you can rearrange delivery or get information to collect your parcel. We also advise to always track your order online with the tracking code and link provided in your packing confirmation email.

During checkout, you can leave special delivery instructions, such as leaving the item with a neighbour or in a safe place. Dr. Martens are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

How do I Track my delivery?

You will be issued a tracking number by DPD on the day of despatch, this will be sent by email. PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking number will not be active until midnight the same day.

DPD will send an email on the day of delivery. If this is inconvenient you can arrange either an alternative date (Monday – Friday), to leave with neighbour/safe place or arrange to collect from a DPD depot by following instructions via the email.

You can use the tracking number on www.dpd.co.uk.

You can also access your tracking information from your account. Log in to your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant 'View Order' link.

Select the tracking number to check the current status of your order.

I missed my delivery, what can I do?

Can I change my delivery date/address?

Unfortunately we cannot amend an order once it has been placed.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

We are sorry that your order has not arrived.
Please track your order online with the tracking code and link provided in your packing confirmation email. The easiest way to do so is with the DPD app.
