DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free delivery for orders over € 50.

 

For orders below € 50 the below costs apply:

  • All orders are sent with DPD, unless otherwise stated and will require a signature on arrival
  • If you are not available on the day of delivery, the DPD driver will leave a calling card so that you can arrange a collection. Alternatively the delivery will be re attempted the next working day.
  • DPD do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Special Delivery instructions can be left for the Courier on our checkout page. This includes leaving your parcel with a neighbour or advising DPD of any door or gate codes.

All DPD Deliveries will be fully traceable. A tracking number will be emailed over to you on the day of despatch and will be active from Midnight.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Our shipping partner is DPD. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • Our Warehouse is closed Saturdays, Sundays and UK Public Holidays.
  • During our SALE and busy periods it may take longer to despatch your order.
  • We will send an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.
  • You will receive an email direct from DPD with the tracking information.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at the address when we try to deliver, we may leave your parcel with a neighbour. Alternatively they will leave a calling card which allows you to either; re-arrange delivery by phone or online, arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange re-delivery to a neighbour/safe place.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You will be issued a tracking number by DPD on the day of despatch, this will be sent by email. PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking number will not be active until midnight the same day.

DPD will send an email on the day of delivery. If this is inconvenient you can arrange either an alternative date (Monday – Friday), to leave with neighbour/safe place or arrange to collect from a DPD depot by following instructions via the email.

You can use the tracking number on www.dpd.co.uk.

You can also access your tracking information from your account. Log in to your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant 'View Order' link.

Select the tracking number to check the current status of your order.

 

MY ORDER IS BEING SENT AS TWO PACKAGES

Usually, your order will be sourced from the same warehouse and delivered together. However, to ensure you can order any product we have in stock, some items may be shipped from different locations.

If that's the case, you will not have to pay anything more for shipping and you will receive two different emails with your tracking numbers once your products are packed and ready to be dispatched. Once your order is on the way you will get further information for each delivery from our courier service.
