Our Archive collection replicates and elevates the DM's designs that have endured over the years: inspired by looking back — designed to champion our heritage. Named after a small village in Northamptonshire, the Isham Slip-On is a versatile silhouette halfway between a shoe and a sandal: ideal for any season, anywhere, any wear. This new version of the Isham is built from our heritage Vintage Smooth leather and is detailed with antique gold buckles. The slip-on stands on our classic Shore sole and is marked with our signature yellow welt stitching.

  • Vintage Smooth is a retro edition of our signature Smooth leather with a subtle grained effect and contrast base color. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Shoe Polish
  • Construction - Made with our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700˚C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch
  • Sole Height - Platform height: 1 in Heel height: 1 1/2 in
  • Footbed - Slimmer and a more tapered toe shape

Material

A retro version of our signature smooth leather with subtle grained effect and contrast base color.

Care Instructions

Wipe away dirt using a damp cloth. Apply a neutral or correct colored wax based shoe polish. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired. We do not recommend the use of leather cleaners as they could damage the two-tone effect.

Construction

Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
