About eGift Cards & Gift Cards
eGift cards may only be purchased on the www.drmartens.com/us/en site. Physical gift cards may only be purchased in Dr. Martens retail stores in the United States. Both eGift and physical cards are redeemable both online and in Dr. Martens retail stores in the United States.
The purchase of an eGift card or physical gift card cannot be discounted with any promotions, offers or discounts. eGift card and physical gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Dr. Martens reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or withdraw eGift card or physical gift card orders at any time.
You can purchase up to two eGift cards per order, and you can redeem up to three eGift cards per transaction. eGift cards can’t be used towards free shipping minimums. eGift cards can’t be redeemed or exchanged for cash value, except where required by law. eGift cards don’t expire or decrease in value if unused.
Sending eGift Cards
eGift cards are delivered instantly to your recipient’s email. Please ensure the recipient's email is entered correctly. You’ll get an email confirmation that your eGift card was sent, and the recipient will get the eGift card details.
Please note that eGift cards can’t be returned or exchanged after purchase.
eGift Card Redemption
To redeem a physical or eGift card on drmartens.com, choose your payment method as “Dr. Martens eGift Card” on the payment page at checkout. Type your gift card number and security code into each field. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
Returning Items Purchased with an eGift Card
All refunds will go back to the original form of payment. Your eGift card return balance will go back to the same eGift card number. If more than one payment method is used, your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account will be refunded first, followed by the eGift card.
