CREATIVE PROCESS
It's quite simple really. It's mostly me and my close friends getting into studio sessions and making what we're feeling. I'm constantly recording lyrics, developing ideas, and keeping emotions close, which can feel more complex over time.
METHOD
I write very quickly, which most people find unusual. I usually know what I want to say, so I can write a verse and chorus in a couple of minutes. I believe it's easier to put everything in first and then remove what isn't needed later.
INSPIRATION
Stepping away. I get caught up in comments and trying to keep up with what's new or what might work, and it can drive me a bit mad. Being online too much makes me feel less sharp, so this year I'm inspired to disconnect and read. Honestly, I just need to touch grass.
