KWAME AND DAUGHTER SUKI

Musician

Kwame is a bass player in the rock-pop group Baytrees. The band grew up together in Brixton and their sound is full of catchy hooks that reflect this shared experience. Their debut EP Crossroads launched in 2018 and since then they have been going from strength to strength with more radio plays and appearances under their belt.

We caught up with Kwame and his 3-year-old daughter to see how they're prepping for the festive season, how they 'celebrate different' and what's on their gift list.

My icons are so comfortable and go with everything. I want something similar, like the Hardy Orleans Chelsea boot.

Kwame's picks:

She loves her old black softies but they're just too small, I keep catching her trying to squeeze her feet into them.

We like to go away at Christmas when we can. Has to be somewhere hot. Sitting on a beach with my family, not doing any of the normal traditions.
