1. Our repair services are provided by The Boot Repair Company, Dr Martens’ authorised repair partner.

2. Your contract for the repair service is with The Boot Repair Company, not with Dr Martens. 

3. All repair work, service terms and guarantees are provided directly by The Boot Repair Company. Dr Martens is not responsible for the performance, quality or timing of repair work.

4. Dr Martens acts only as an introducer and collection point for repairs. We will take your item in-store for the limited purpose of passing it securely to The Boot Repair Company.

5. While your item is in our care, we will take reasonable care of it; however, once it has been transferred to The Boot Repair Company, they are fully responsible for it until it is returned to you.
