DR. MARTENS X LIBERTY LONDON (2012)

Two British institutions collide.

In May 2012, Liberty London and Dr. Martens collaborated to create the Wild Nature collection, merging Liberty’s signature fabric print patterns with DM’s iconic footwear. The collaboration was seen as a contrast between the romantic and the tough, reinterpreting classic British prints such as William Morris's Strawberry Thief from 1883.

The limited edition collection was launched on 1 May 2012 and sold exclusively at Liberty London’s Regent Street store.
