Terms and Conditions: Boots Trade in Scheme (the “Scheme”)

  1. This Scheme is offered by Airwair International Limited (the “Promotor”) and is applicable to customers who hand in any pair of pre-owned footwear at the following Dr. Martens retail stores:
  1. Dr. Martens Store, 17-19 Neal Street, Covent Garden, London;
  2. Dr. Martens Store, 48 Carnaby Street, London;
  3. Dr. Martens Store, 184-188 Oxford Street, London;
  4. Dr. Martens Store, 15 Lamb Street, Spitalfields, London;
  5. Dr. Martens Store, Unit 26-27 Camden Market, London;
  6. Dr. Martens Store, Unit 1064, Westfield White City Ariel Way, London; and
  7. Dr. Martens Store, 2 Westfield, Stratford City, The Gallery, London.

(the “Dr. Martens Stores”)

  1. The Scheme is offered from 09:00 on 31 July 2024 until 19:00 on 31 December 2025.

  1. The Promotor reserves the right to amend the Scheme at any time and shall publicise any amended terms and conditions in the Dr. Martens Stores.

  1. Customers who hand in any pair of pre-owned footwear, of any brand and in any condition, to the store staff in the Dr. Martens Stores will have a 20% discount applied at the checkout (the “20% Discount”).

  1. Once the customer has handed in their pair of pre-owned footwear to the store staff, and the store staff have deposited the pair of pre-owned footwear into the designated recycling bin, the customer accepts that they cannot get the pre-owned footwear back. The Promotor will send the pre-owned footwear to Upcycle Labs Limited who will recycle the pre-owned footwear.

  1. The 20% Discount is redeemable on the spot, whilst the customer is in one of the Dr. Martens Stores. The customer will not be issued with a voucher or code.

  1. The 20% Discount can only be redeemed on full-price adult boots and cannot be used on shoes, sandals, sale items, collaborations, outlet products, kids' footwear, or accessories (the “Footwear”).

  1. Only one 20% Discount can be applied per each pair of Footwear purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, customers cannot redeem more than one 20% Discount on a single pair of Footwear.

  1. The 20% Discount is not redeemable online and can only be utilised on the spot in the Dr. Martens Stores.

  1. In the event that the Footwear purchased using a 20% Discount is returned, a new 20% Discount will not be issued.

  1. If the Footwear is returned the price paid will be refunded (this excludes the 20% Discount).

  1. In the event that the Footwear purchased using a 20% Discount is exchanged, the 20% Discount can be applied to the exchanged product.

  1. The 20% Discount holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  1. The 20% Discount cannot be used in combination with other discounts or promotions.

  1. Employees or agents of the Promotor, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Scheme may not enter the Scheme.

  1. Should the Promotor extend the Scheme to other products such as shoes and sandals, these Terms and Conditions will apply.

  1. The Promotor reserves the right to withdraw the Scheme and refuse or restrict any transaction at any time.

  1. All purchases made under the Scheme are subject to Dr. Martens General Terms & Conditions (drmartens.com).
