Terms & Conditions

Music Walk of Fame

1)No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By participating in the competition, you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter (as defined below), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

 

2)The Promoter is: Music Walk of Fame Leisure Ltd., 35 Grafton Way W1T 5DB & Airwair International Ltd, Cobbs Lane, Wollaston, Northamptonshire NN29 7SW (together the “Promoter”)

 

3)This competition is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Music Walk of Fame Leisure Ltd & Airwair International Ltd and their immediate families, the Promoter’s affiliated companies or agents, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

 

4)In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of your eligibility to enter the competition and claim the Prize.

 

5)Competition opens on 08.11.2019 and closes at midnight GMT on 15.11.2019 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after the expiry of the Promotion Period.

 

6)To enter, consumers must comment on the related competition post.

7)Two winners will each win one pair of tickets to the Music Walk of Fame unveiling ceremony, including entry to the VIP reception event at the Blues Kitchen in Camden, London on 19.11.2019 (“the Prize”).

 

8)There is a limit of one entry per person. Any duplicate entries may be cancelled by the Promoter. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email by midnight GMT on 16.11.2019. If the winner cannot be contacted by email by 10am GMT on 18.11.2019, Prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original.

8.1)The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the competition or receipt or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

 

9)Any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize, including but not limited to travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the winners.

 

10)There is no cash or other alternative Prize available, nor if the event is cancelled.

 

11)The decisions of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

l2)The Prize winner may be required to participate in unpaid publicity associated with this Promotion.

14)If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. Behaviour which is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the competition, or which is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person may also result in disqualification from the competition and the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person engaging in such behaviour to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

15)The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control.

 

16)The Promoter is not responsible if the competition cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

17)The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with, any of our social media channels. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to our social media channels and by participating in the competition you agree to a complete release of any social media channel from any claims.

18)This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
