Terms and Conditions – Nine Inch Nails and Dr Martens Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

a. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.

b. The Giveaway is delivered in collaboration with Airwair International Ltd (registered company no. 03009359) whose registered office is at Cobbs Lane, Wollaston, Northamptonshire NN29 7SW (“Dr Martens”). c. Entrants must follow all the instructions to be eligible to enter and win. Entry into the Giveaway is not conditional on providing a specific image and every entrant that complies with the instructions is eligible to enter.

d. One pair of Dr Martens 10-eye 1490 boots will be given away to five (5) entrants. e. The five (5) winning entries will be chosen at random by the admin of this channel (the “Winners”). The channel admin’s determination of the Winners is final. Dr Martens does not have any involvement in the determination of the Winners.

f. One (1) entry per person. Competition begins at the date and time of this post. Entries will be accepted up until 11:59pm (BST) on 09/07/2024.

g. Winners will be contacted by the admin of this channel via direct message to arrange postage of the prize. If a winner does not respond within one (1) calendar day, they will no longer be eligible for the prize.

h. Winners will be contacted by no later than 11:59pm (BST) on 10/07/2024.

i. The prize is subject to size availability. The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Product is not for resale.

j. Entrants must be aged 18+ to be eligible.

k. The deadline given in paragraph h) may be extended in such circumstances. Dr Martens accepts no responsibility for incorrect or misspelt contact information submitted by an entrant. No liability is accepted for entries that cannot be counted for any technical reason.

l. Employees or agents of Dr Martens, their family members, or anyone else connected with Dr Martens may not enter the Giveaway.

m. The Giveaway will be governed by the law of England and Wales.

n. Dr Martens is not responsible if the Giveaway cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Dr Martens’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

o. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries or likes generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Dr Martens is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

p. Behaviour which is intended to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or which is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, may result in disqualification from the Giveaway.

q. Entrants’ details (name, email address and postal address) will be kept in accordance with Dr Martens’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.drmartens.com/uk/en_GB/privacy.
