General Shipping Policy

The Dr. Martens U.S. website www.drmartens.com/us/en offers various shipping methods. We will do our best to process orders as soon as possible however you may experience seasonal delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. In some cases, orders may require more than one(1) business day to process.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
While these orders are prioritized, please anticipate at least one (1) business day for processing time.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing times during holiday & sale periods.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and estimated arrival date.

Your carrier will be listed on your shipment confirmation email. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Your carrier will be automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be changed.

  1. APO/FPO address and Puerto Rico shipped via UPS SurePost and the US Postal Service and may take approximately 3 to 8 weeks to arrive. Check your confirmation email for tracking and timelines details. 
  2. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
  3. Once your order leaves the warehouse, your carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package.  If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and surrounding areas. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance.

    MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

    If your package was marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will contact your carrier on your behalf and initiate a lost package investigation. This investigation may take up to 10 business days to conclude. Once the investigation concludes, we will either send you an expedited replacement package at no cost or process a full refund.

    If you have not received all items in your order, please contact customer service immediately and do not dispose of any of your packaging as we will be unable to assist you further. Upon receiving pictures of the packaging, we will contact your carrier to open a damaged package investigation which may take up to 10 business days to conclude.


    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

    Please check our international website https://www.drmartens.com/intl/en for delivery estimations in checkout. Delivery options and estimates vary from country to country. Shipping costs are based on the item(s) in the order, the carrier selected, as well as any applicable duties and taxes for your country, so we're not able to provide a figure. However, you'll be able to fully review delivery costs and options before placing your order.

    As a precaution against fraud, we are unable to ship packages to freight forwarding addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order shipping to a known freight forwarding address. If you are outside the United States, please consider using our international site to place your order.
