Outcasts are in. Reimagined for the second DM’s x Wednesday drop, this limited-edition 1460 boot is updated in a tactile mix of black velvet and soft Nappa Lux leather. Buckled straps are punctuated with silver cone studs, a custom logo buckle, and a removable stained-glass window lace charm. The backstrap reads ‘OUTCASTS ARE IN’, and the heel loop is stitched in signature purple script. The black sole is locked in with Dr. Martens iconic yellow welt stitching.

Material

Smooth leather is as classic as it gets: with us from the beginning, it is famously tough and can be buffed up to a high shine or artfully scuffed up. Velvet is a brushed fabric with a slight pile that features a soft, silky tough and attractive sheen.

Care Instructions

Clean away dirt using a damp cloth and allow to dry, then apply Dr.Martens Neutral or colored wax polish as appropriate, using a Dr.Martens shoe brush, (Neutral can be applied to all colors). Allow to dry, then buff vigorously to desired shine using a second clean Dr.Martens shoe brush. (We advise to use 2 brushes per color, one to add the polish and the second, clean dry brush, to buff up the leather for the best results).

Construction

Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
