Terms and Conditions: Friends & Family Discount Cards

This promotion is offered by Airwair International Limited (“Dr. Martens”) and is applicable to anyone who has received a ‘Friends & Family Discount Card’ (the “Card”/ “Cards”). Use of the Card by the holder constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Card entitles the holder to 25% off, 1 (one) full-priced product purchased directly from Dr. Martens stores or on the official Dr. Martens website in the country where the Card is issued. Each Card is valid for a single purchase and only one Card may be used per transaction.

2. The Card is valid from 00:01GMT on the 01/11/2025 until 23:59GMT on 31/01/2026. After this period, the Card will be deemed void and non-redeemable.

3. The Card can only be redeemed on full-price products subject to availability.

4. The Card cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, or promotions.

5. The Card cannot be used on sale items, outlet products, gift cards, or collaboration products.

6. The Card does not apply to shipping and handling of the product and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

7. In the event that a product purchased using the Card is returned, a new Card will not be issued.

8. If the product purchased using the Card is exchanged, the discount from the Card can be applied to the exchanged product.

9. Returned products will be refunded at the price paid, not at retail price.

10. The Card is non-transferable and holds no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

11. Lost, stolen, or damaged Cards will not be replaced.

12. Dr. Martens reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer and refuse or restrict any transaction at any time.

13. Dr. Martens shall not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs incurred through use of the Card including technical errors, delays, or misuse.

14. All purchases made under this promotion are subject to Dr. Martens General Terms and Conditions.
