The Dr. Martens x The National Gallery: Harmen Steenwyck collection shines a light on Steenwyck’s most famous painting, ‘Still Life: An Allegory of the Vanities of Human Life’. Signature features of the backpack form the foundation of the modified style: hardwearing leather. Heavy-duty buckle fastenings. Steenwyck’s art sits on of the backpack and is finished off with surrounding black undertones, antique gold hardware and dual-branded sides.
