Hassle-Free Returns

*Due to an increase in returns from the holidays, please expect a delay in processing your credits.

We offer hassle-free returns and refunds rather than exchanges. That way you can re-order any style/color/size that you want, and at any time you want. For tracking purposes we are unable to accomodate exchanges.

  • You have 30 days from the day your item shipped to initiate a return.
  • A Fed-Ex return label will be enclosed with each shipment. By using our enclosed FedEx return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund.
  • Items purchased online at www.drmartens.com can not be returned at our retail stores at this time.
  • We only accept returns on items purchased at www.drmartens.com.
  • ALL items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging.
  • If you choose not to use the enclosed label then you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A refund will be issued for the purchase price and if applicable, original shipping charges. (See below*)
  • Credit will only be applied to the original credit card account used for purchase.
  • If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
  • Most credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
  • Please refer to your FedEx tracking number to confirm if a package has been received. We will email you once your returned has been processed and refunded, not when it has been received by our warehouse. 

*If you were shipped out a product that is incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged, please let us know by emailing support@drmartens.com or calling us at 800-810-6673 BEFORE you ship the item(s) back to us. This will enable us to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. In this scenario any premium charges you paid on your original order will be refunded.

 

 

How to make a return:

 

With your ACCOUNT:

  1. To return an item, log in to your account, click on "Order History" to review your order(s), and click on the "Request Return" button next to the appropriate order. Follow the instructions.
  2. Prep your box. Use original shipping box, if possible and remove old shipping labels.
  3. Affix the return label that was enclosed in your original delivery.
  4. Drop your package off at the nearest FedEx location or call for pick-up (1-800-Go-FedEx).
  5. Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment.

 

As a GUEST:

  1. To return an item, click here, to go to our Returns Page.  Follow the instructions to obtain an RA number.  
  2. Prep your box. Use original shipping box, if possible and remove old shipping labels.
  3. Affix the return label that was enclosed in your original delivery.
  4. Drop your package off at the nearest FedEx location or call for pick-up (1-800-Go-FedEx).
  5. Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment.
