How can I change my account information?

You can change your account information by clicking on 'LOGIN', enter your e-mail address and password and your Account page will be displayed. From here you can update your e-mail address, name, password, and billing/shipping information, as well as view your Order History.

How secure is my account information?

How do I get a copy of an invoice for my order?

Click on 'LOGIN' enter your e-mail address and password and your account page will be displayed. Click on Order History, find the order and click View. This will give you a copy of your order receipt.

I forgot my password. How do I get it?

Click on 'LOGIN'. Click the 'Forgotten your password?' link and enter your email address on the 'Forgotten Password' page. Click Send Email button. An email with instructions will be sent to you.
