Important Delivery Information

  • Our shipping partner, DPD, does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Malta, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • Our Warehouse is closed Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. We aim to despatch orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday the same day. During SALE and busy periods this may take longer.
  • You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.
  • Once your order is despatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If you're not around when we first try to deliver, we may leave your parcel with a neighbour. Alternatively they will leave a calling card which allows you to either; re-arrange delivery by phone or online, arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange re-delivery to a neighbour/safe place. We will attempt to deliver 3 times before the parcel is returned to our UK Warehouse.

Tracking Your Delivery

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been despatched from our Warehouse. The tracking number is linked directly to your consignment on DPD's website (the tracking number will be active from midnight the same day).

DPD will send an email and/or SMS message (SMS only available in UK) on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time. If this is inconvenient you can arrange an alternative date (Monday – Friday) by following instructions via the SMS/email.

You can also access your tracking number from your account. Login and select ‘My Account’ scroll down to ‘Order/Billing Information’ this will show all of your orders. The details for tracking are found under ‘Shipping Status’.
