WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO RECRUIT A PART TIME RECEPTIONIST, TO WORK 25 HOURS PER WEEK (8AM UNTIL 1PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY). THIS ROLE IS BASED AT OUR HEAD OFFICES IN WOLLASTON, NORTHANTS. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL PROVIDE AN EFFICIENT RECEPTION SERVICE, ANSWERING AND ROUTING ALL INCOMING CALLS, ATTENTIVELY RECEIVING ALL SITE VISITORS AND PROCESSING ALL INCOMING POST / PARCELS. A BACKGROUND IN RECEPTION WORK, AS WELL AS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION, WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND AN EXCELLENT TELEPHONE MANNER ARE ESSENTIAL.
